Important Safety Update

Important Safety Update

Pastors Scott, Ryan & Adrienne - March 16, 2026

Dear families,

Grace and peace to you. We are writing to share a brief update regarding some steps we are taking to care for our congregation in a practical way.

In recent years, many churches across the country have thoughtfully increased their safety measures. While we remain a place of welcome, prayer, and peace, we also recognize the importance of being wise and prepared in a changing world. Out of an abundance of care—not fear—we are making a small but meaningful adjustment.

Starting on Palm Sunday, you will notice an additional sheriff’s deputy present at the entrance of our worship center. This is simply one way we are striving to ensure safety and provide a visible deterrent, so that all who gather here—families, children, and guests—can feel at ease. Please know these officers are not ICE agents, but local law enforcement partners who are here to support a safe and secure environment.

Our heart remains the same: to be a place where all are welcomed, known, and loved. These measures are not about creating barriers, but about removing worry so we can focus fully on worship, community, and the presence of God among us.

Thank you for your trust and for being such a faithful part of this church family. If you have any questions or concerns, we are always here to listen.

With care and gratitude,
Pastors Scott, Ryan and Adrienne
