Since becoming the Senior Pastor of Christ Lutheran Church in 1998, Pastor Scott’s primary roles include preaching, teaching, visioning and leading the staff.  He grew up in Minnesota where he earned his bachelor’s degree at St. Olaf College, Northfield, and his master’s degree at Luther Seminary, St. Paul, before completing his doctoral studies in Church Administration from Boston University.  Over the years, Pastor Scott has served on the Augsburg/Fortress board, chaired the Senior Pastors’ Conference for Large Lutheran Churches, written for Augsburg Publishing, taught preaching at Gordon Conwell Seminary and consulted with churches across the country.  Pastor Scott is also a certified Executive Coach who enjoys helping people figure out their next chapter in life.  He has been married to Gretchen for over 40 years and together they have two grown and married children, Hannah and Nathan, along with two awesome grandchildren.  Pastor Scott enjoys leading church trips around the world, sailing, reading, cooking, golf and lots of family time.

Pastor Ryan is an associate pastor of Christ Lutheran. Ryan earned a bachelor's degree from the Ohio State University and a Master of Divinity from Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary. If you’ve read this far, he wants you know that none of that matters. His passion is building the Church in a way that would accept and be accepted by Jesus. That means more than coming to church; it means being the love of Christ, who loves all. All means all. Join in the mission.

Pastor Adrienne is the Pastor for Family Ministries at Christ Lutheran. She received her bachelor's degree from North Carolina State University, her Master of Divinity degree from The University of Chicago Divinity School, and her Master of Sacred Theology degree from United Lutheran Seminary in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. She strives to apply a holistic approach to life and ministry. She likes exercise, natural medicine, organic foods, and things that nourish the soul. In her role, she is excited to help families grow together and deepen their relationship with God.
